| Description: | Florida Tile, an American subsidiary of leading Italian tile manufacturer Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche, has an opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Lawrenceburg, KY for a qualified AS400 RPG Business Systems Analyst.
The main focus of this position will be to help support and maintain our ERP system. This person will report to the Director of Information Technology and calls for an individual who desires responsibility; can multi-task; likes to interface with the user base; feels ownership of the technical environment; and can perform without constant supervision.

RPGII, RPG III, RPG ILE
CL
SQL
Query/400
EDI
DBU/DFU
IBM ISeries
System 36
JAVA
Support policy/procedure development and changes.
Participate in the IT Department's change control and problem resolutions process.
Provide ongoing communication to customers during problem resolution.
Monitor Support performance.
Set quarterly objectives and report to management on the objectives and whether they were met.
Report problem resolution statistics.
Review customer calling history to identify patterns.
Test new program fixes.
Requirements:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing environment required.
Experience with EDI required.
Experience maintaining AS400 programs and writing new programs in a manufacturing and distribution environment required.
CL Programming experience required.
Familiarity with IBM Cognos Business Intelligence preferred.
Ability to be on-call 24/7 approximately once every other month for a week at a time.
Ability to work at and travel to our Corporate office in Lexington, KY up to 25% of the time.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
AA or AAS preferred.
Valid Kentucky drivers license required.
