| Description: | Florida Tile, one of the nation’s leading tile manufacturers and distributors, is a US subsidiary of Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche, one of Europe’s best known tile manufacturers. Since its acquisition of Florida Tile in 2006, Panarigroup has made significant investments to strengthen and grow Florida Tile’s share of the US tile market. We are currently hiring a Pricing Analyst position that will be located at the corporate offices in Lexington, Kentucky.
The purpose of this position is to manage, update, organize and facilitate Florida Tile’s price lists and customer commercial conditions. This position will act as the initial source of information for Florida Tile’s distribution channels in regards to product pricing and price file maintenance.

| Duties: | • Support finance department with pricing analysis and coordination of annual and periodic price reviews, updates, additions, and changes for specified region/branches/customers.
• Maintain all Pricing Books and customer sales conditions in AS400, which will be used for pricing updates and file generation.
• Act as the point person for all of Florida Tile’s pricing.
• Coordinate and communicate the regional pricing, PDF files, price lists, groups, packages, promotions and programs.
• Create and maintain soft copies, hard copies, and web-site PDF’s for each region’s traditional, special, and promotional product pricing.
• Create reports as needed to manage regional pricing.
• Work with Sales staff on proper completion and submission of all pricing issues.
• Analyze and report on competitors and internal pricing. Use this analysis to educate and facilitate regional pricing decisions for internal and external customers.

| Qualifications: | • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Equivalency required.
• 1-2 years of pricing experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required and AS400 experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask required.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems remotely via telephone or remote data connection.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
