| Description: | Florida Tile, one of the nation’s largest tile manufacturers and distributors, has an opportunity at our Dayton branch for a Showroom Coordinator/Design Consultant. |
| Duties: | The Showroom Coordinator/Design Consultant will:
Explain our product offerings to showroom customers;
Assist customers with design decisions; provide cost estimates for customer selections;
Coordinate with other staff to ensure phones are answered promptly;
Create and maintain merchandise displays;
Prepare customer orders, calculate and accept deposits;
Assist with customer service and warehouse duties |
| Qualifications: | This full-time position requires strong communication skills; the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, interior designers, and contractors; familiarity with basic math and computerized sales and order processing systems; and 2-4 years inside sales experience, with showroom sales experience in building materials, home furnishings, or floor coverings preferred. Training or experience in design is a plus.
