| Duties: | Some of the responsibilities include managing the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager; establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships; helping supervise day-to-day operations; and helping hire and train new employees. Other responsibilities include monitoring/ordering/purchasing product and supply inventories; answering customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing; assisting customers with product selection; following up on overdue accounts receivable; and performing other administrative tasks related to branch operations. |
| Qualifications: | The successful candidate for this position must be self-motivated and organized; possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a demonstrated track record of successfully applying those skills on the job. You should have experience in customer service, sales, administration, and supervision. Work experience in floor coverings, building products, remodeling or construction industries is a plus. |
